Project Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% will be due upon project completion, prior to the website going live. Additional services or revisions outside the initial scope will incur extra fees, billed at an agreed-upon rate. Payment options include bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
The project timeline will be established based on mutual agreement. A typical website project will take approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and the client’s responsiveness. Delays in providing required materials (content, images, etc.) may extend the timeline.
If the client decides to cancel the project after the initial deposit, the deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a kill fee of 30% of the remaining balance will be charged to cover time and resources spent on the project.
Upon final payment, ownership of the completed website, including design and code, will be transferred to the client. However, any third-party plugins or services used on the site may have separate licenses. Until full payment is made, the developer retains ownership of all project materials.
Any additional expenses incurred during the project (e.g., third-party plugins, stock images, domain registration, or hosting fees) will be discussed with the client beforehand and added to the final invoice. All design and development tools required for the project will be provided by the developer.
